This agitates any foreign dust, dirt, and debris and feeds it back to the commercial vacuum. Any larger debris from construction or general waste will be manually collected for removal. We will also vacuum out your furnace with available access. We do not cut into your furnace or ducting.

Once all of the air ducts are cleaned out, we treat your system with a bacteria- and odor-controlling fog. This fog contains no perfumes or masking agents, and destroys odors associated with bacteria, mold, mildew, smoke, animals, etc.

When the service is complete, you’ll see no evidence that we’ve been there!   

Our air vent cleaning service includes thorough vacuuming of the heating and cooling system furnace vents. Each air duct service is finished with an antimicrobial fog to eliminate bacteria and odors. We also offer a dryer vent cleaning to remove dangerous lint build-up.

When booking a full home service of both air duct and dryer vent cleaning at the same time, it provides a cost savings over the services individually. We base air duct pricing on your square footage and dryer vent service on the level of access from the interior or exterior of the home. There will never be any additional fees above the initial flat fee quoted.
